Wise, Wild Surrender: Reclaim Your Body, Heart & Purpose in Midlife
This Mother’s Day Weekend, Come Home to Yourself
Midlife is not a fading -- it is a remembering. A return to the woman you have always been beneath roles and expectations.
There comes a moment in midlife when you may sense a quiet longing — a feeling that something essential has been placed on hold. You may feel disconnected from your body, your life, or your deeper sense of purpose. You may feel tired in ways that rest alone doesn’t resolve.
This is not a personal failing. It is a collective remembering.
Inspired by Wise, Wild Surrender: A Midlife Manual to Return to the Innate Power Within, this experience is a guided return to the intelligence of your body, the wisdom of your heart, and the power that has always lived within you.
Held during Mother's Day weekend, this is an invitation to do something meaningful for yourself -- to pause, receive, and reconnect with the woman you are beyond roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
In this intimate, supportive space, you’ll be invited to soften control, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your embodied truth.
Return to your body. Return to your heart. Return to your innate power.
Your Experience Includes:
Women’s circle connection and reflection
Gentle somatic movement for release and reconnection
Embodiment and nervous system regulation practices
Guided meditation
Mini sound bath integration
Simple self-care rituals to support you beyond the workshop
You'll be guided back into rhythm with your body and your heart -- learning to listen inward, trust your inner knowing, and live from deep alignment. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, reconnected to yourself, and more aligned with your purpose in this powerful season of life.

May Full Moon Sound Bath
The full moon is a time to tune in to our innermost needs.
Each month, you can take this time to rest, reflect, and connect with yourself while allowing the sounds around you to help you reset and recalibrate.
The full moon is an invitation to feel the fullest expression of ourselves while letting go of energy, patterns, or beliefs we no longer need.
Join Melissa and Tina (BellaSoul Wellness) for a transformative session including connection, reflection, and a beautiful surround sound experience.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, we will guide you into a restful, meditative state, and focus on the specific energy of this month's full moon.
What to Bring: A mat, blanket, pillow (for comfort), and a journal if you like. Wear comfortable clothing and bring along any personal items to enhance your experience.
Come with an open mind and heart along with whatever intention you set for yourself.

Yoga & Wellness Coach
Owner, Om Yoga & Holistic Fitness – Geneva, NY
Evangeline V. Reale is a dedicated Yoga & Wellness Coach and the founder of Om Yoga & Holistic Fitness, established in 2012 in Geneva, New York. With over 30 years of yoga practice and more than 20 years of experience as a fitness trainer, she has devoted her life to helping others achieve strength, healing, and balance through a holistic approach to wellness.
A 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate and a former competitive martial artist, Evangeline’s journey into movement began at an early age. Though she excelled in martial arts competitions, yoga remained a foundational part of her life — first introduced to her by her grandmother, Theresa. Each morning at sunrise, Theresa practiced yoga in her garden and lived according to Ayurvedic principles. She taught Evangeline the power of breath, the wisdom of Ayurveda, and the life-changing nature of spirituality.
After her grandmother’s passing, Evangeline carried forward those teachings with deep devotion. As a young adult, she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Through committed yogic practice, she experienced a complete remission of symptoms within a year — a transformation that solidified her belief that a yogic lifestyle has the power to heal.
Self-taught and Yoga Alliance certified, Evangeline built her business from the ground up with a clear vision: to make yoga accessible and affordable for everyone. She believes wellness is not a luxury, but a birthright.
As a fitness coach, she designs personalized training programs tailored to each client’s specific needs. She works with individuals who are ready to commit to meaningful lifestyle change, guiding them toward strength, discipline, healing, and inner alignment.
Evangeline’s work is rooted in tradition, resilience, and the unwavering belief that when we align body, breath, and spirit — transformation is inevitable.

Sauna, Cold + Nervous System Reset
Most people don’t need more “wellness habits”—they need a nervous system that can actually respond to them.
This workshop is designed to teach you how to use heat and cold exposure as tools to build resilience, regulate stress, and actually shift your body out of that constant fight-or-flight state.
We’ll move through guided sauna + cold plunge rounds with intention—not just sitting and sweating, but learning how to:
•Improve vagal tone
•Breathe through stress instead of reacting to it
•Support recovery, sleep, and energy
•Train your body to come back to baseline faster
Perfect for anyone feeling:
•Wired but tired
•Burnt out
•Struggling with sleep or recovery
•Or just wanting to actually understand how to use sauna + cold correctly

Join Melissa and Tina (BellaSoul Wellness) for a transformative session including connection, reflection, and a beautiful surround sound experience.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, we will guide you into a restful, meditative state, and focus on the specific energy of this month's full moon.
What to Bring: A mat, blanket, pillow (for comfort), and a journal if you like. Wear comfortable clothing and bring along any personal items to enhance your experience.
Come with an open mind and heart along with whatever intention you set for yourself.

Crossing the Threshold: Into Freedom + Belonging
As we move into the first days of Spring, join us for this embodied equinox experience-a powerful initiation into the season of becoming. The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance-light and dark held equally-before the light begins to grow. It is a threshold. A turning point. A quiet but undeniable shift. This is not just a workshop.
It is a crossing.
Together, we will explore the tension so many of us feel right now:
the pull between freedom and responsibility…
between caring deeply and carrying too much…
between surviving and truly belonging.Through guided image work using a unique *Points of You* visual and reflective process, you’ll uncover the stories you’ve inherited about survival-the quiet beliefs about worth, safety, productivity, and responsibility that may still be shaping your choices. But we won’t stay in the mind. You will be guided into meditation to enter your inner landscape.
You will move through an accessible kundalini practice to awaken the body and clear stagnant narratives.
You will breathe through the old story-releasing what protected you but no longer defines you.
And you will rest in a restorative sound bath, allowing your nervous system to integrate a new way of being. This is where insight becomes embodiment.
Where awareness becomes action.
Where belonging stops being an idea — and starts becoming lived. You do not have to fix the world.
You do not have to carry it alone.
But you do get to choose how you walk forward.Spring is asking:
What are you ready to step into?Come cross the threshold with us.

Sunna Sessions
Walk. Sweat. Sip. Connect.
This is social wellness—Sunna style.
Sunna Sessions is a quarterly walk + sauna + plunge experience where movement meets conversation and community. We kick things off with a 3-mile walk & talk, connecting with the founders of Sunna Wellness and a room (and sidewalk) full of people who care about growth, health, business, and living to their fullest potential.
After the walk, things heat up with a 20-minute sauna session and cold plunge! Reset the body, clear the head, and lean into the moment.
And YES, OF COURSE—Sunna Wellness Elixirs will be flowing the whole time. Hydration, flavor, vibes on repeat.
This isn’t a lecture.
It’s not a workout class.
It’s a high-energy, feel-good gathering built around movement, contrast, and connection.
Come move. Come sweat. Come sip.
Leave buzzing.

You will then be guided through a few supported yoga postures while utilizing the props provided.
