Enjoy our traditional group sauna—no appointment needed. With space for up to 15 people, there’s always room to join. Start by changing in the locker room, then step into the 185ºF sauna for a deep sweat (work your way up to 20 minutes). Finish with an energizing 50ºF cold plunge to refresh and recharge. If time allows, cycle through multiple rounds for maximum impact—but even a single session 3–5 times per week delivers powerful benefits.

Sauna users usually wear a bathing suit, but you wear whatever makes you comfortable. Bring a towel and water resistant sandals. If you forget something, don’t worry… we have towel and sandal rentals at the front desk! Our facility also offers showers- we provide clean shampoo, conditioner and body wash and also have hair dryers. Feel free to bring anything else you need!
