Drop-in’s welcome $15 per class
Give yourself the gift of gentle yoga. This class is a perfect opportunity to re-
connect with the wisdom of your heart and the intelligence of your body, igniting a
desire to continue practicing yoga throughout the month. Explore embodied
meditation, balance, strength, stretch, alignment, and breath support. Every
month, we’ll focus on moving with loving kindness and gratitude.
Things To Know:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and settle in (upstairs).
Bring a water bottle.
We provide mats and blocks, but you are welcome to bring your own.
It’s recommended to dress in layers to adjust for inner and outer
temperatures.
A small intake form will be provided at the beginning of the first class.
About Donna:
Donna’s first yoga teacher was Dr. Monica Lesslie, co-owner of Synergy Social
Wellness. Since 2014, she has been practicing yoga and training with incredible
teachers in Rochester, earning both a 200- and 300-hour certification. A dancer
and choreographer, Donna has been teaching movement for decades, reveling in
the opportunity to share creativity and quiet joy through the body.
