  • Erica Paolicelli

Erica Paolicelli is a systems architect for high-capacity founders building ambitious lives. She specializes in designing the structure behind growth; ensuring expansion does not outpace alignment.

With two decades of experience leading and scaling multi-entity businesses, Erica has been instrumental in building Three Brothers Wineries & Estates and War Horse Brewing Company into multimillion-dollar, destination-driven enterprises in New York’s Finger Lakes region. Her expertise spans enterprise architecture, cash flow strategy, operational design, brand positioning, and leadership development. She is known for turning complexity into clarity and growth into sustainable structure.

Beyond financial performance, Erica’s work centers on capacity; personal, organizational, and cultural. She has led high-performing teams through expansion phases, seasonal volatility, and structural reinvention, developing a philosophy that growth without design leads to burnout, but growth with structure builds legacy.

In 2022, Erica was named a New York State Senate Woman of Distinction for her leadership and community impact. She has served as President of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, held board positions with the NY Wine Policy Institute and WineAmerica, and helped co-found Geneva’s Rosé Soirée, raising over $100,000 for local initiatives. Her leadership style blends principled decision-making with strategic foresight.

As Founder of Synergy Social Wellness, Erica expanded her work into the wellness space, building a community-centered model that integrates contrast therapy, programming, and social infrastructure. The venture reflects her broader thesis: ambitious women and founders do not need to choose between performance and presence... they need better systems.

Today, Erica advises founders and high-achieving women on life + business system design, helping them recalibrate responsibility, redesign structure, and build enterprises that support the season they are actually in. Her work sits at the intersection of ambition, motherhood, leadership, and legacy.

She lives in New York with her husband Justin, their son Dash, and their Australian Labradoodle, Aspen. When she is not mapping long-range strategy or redesigning organizational systems, you’ll find her kettlebell training, making high-protein healthy food for her family, or exploring high-desert trails in places like Moab where wide-open landscapes mirror her belief that growth should feel expansive, not constricting.
