Reiki & Restorative Yoga

Reiki & Restorative Yoga with Sound Bowls

This 90-minute session will begin with guided breathwork followed by some light gentle movements which will prepare your body and mind for a deep restful relaxation.

You will then be guided through a few supported yoga postures while utilizing the props provided. Within each pose you will receive Reiki - an energy healing modality, where the practitioner channels energy into the receiver by means of touch or no touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

You will be surrounded by the various sounds and frequencies of crystal singing bowls whose sound waves and vibrations will bathe your body promoting the utmost relaxation. To conclude our time together you will be taken through a full body journey with a long final resting pose.

The energy created in these sessions is pure magic and everyone has a unique, personal experience. Some benefits of Reiki include: harmony and balance within the body, nervous system response shift from “flight or flight” to a more relaxed state, support the nature release of “energy blocks”, allows our body and mind to experience deeper quality of sleep, encourages self-healing, has potential to relieve pain and minimize discomforts as well as reduce anxiety and fatigue, lower blood pressure, and boost the immune system.

This experience is available to everyone, we will simply create the space and intention to let this energy flow and guide you through for the benefit of all. No experience necessary. This class requires registration.

Investment: $43

Please dress in layered clothing and bring any blankets and pillows you'd like to include for your support.

Shamanic Sound Healing

Shamanic Sound Healing

From the heart of Vermont, Raphael Groten & Rebecca Kodis carry musical messages of peace and unity. With their guitar, violin and voices, they create a potent alchemy which assists in the melting of hearts and the easing of minds.

Raphael has been a practitioner of shamanism and sound healing for over 20 years. As a recording artist, he began his career producing albums under the wing of Will Ackerman. His channeled teachings along with their sacred sound instruments, including flute, gong, crystal bowl, medicine drum, rattles and more, provide healing soundscapes for participants to enter inner worlds of deep meditation, release and revitalization.

Rebecca began her classical training as a concert violinist at age four. Upon graduation from college, she was playing with the Boston Philharmonic. She began her healing studies twenty years ago and has since immersed herself in energy healing, yoga and herbalism. Her album, Unity, with Raphael marks her first professional release and has received global radio play and critical acclaim.

Peace over Presents

Peace Over Presents: A Holiday Breathwork Experience

Before the holiday season sweeps us into the rush of shopping lists, family gatherings, and endless to-dos, give yourself the gift of presence. Join us for Dynamic Breathwork, a transformative practice designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect to gratitude.

Dynamic Breathwork is more than just breathing—it’s meditation, embodiment, and somatic self-healing all in one. Through intentional breath, you’ll release patterns of tension and stress stored in the body, creating space for clarity, calm, and authenticity. A single session can bring profound peace, emotional release, powerful insights, and a renewed sense of balance.

Dynamic Breathwork can help you:

  • Sleep better

  • Stop overthinking

  • Ease physical pain

  • Make clearer decisions

  • Increase energy & well-being

  • Lower anxiety & built-up stress

  • Feel your emotions without overwhelm

  • Be more present in your relationships

  • Build resilience for whatever life brings

This season, step away from the pressure of perfection and remember what really matters: presence, peace, and gratitude.

About the Instructor, Eli:

Eli Harrigan is a certified breathwork practitioner, somatic coach, and group facilitator. His approach weaves together a range of modalities—including inquiry, parts work, shadow work, bioenergetics, and other somatic practices—and is shaped by ongoing mentorship with senior practitioners and guides, including Jesse Torgerson, who has been facilitating emotional healing around the world for over 40 years.

Eli brings a unique blend of analytical clarity and creative intuition to his work. With a background in Western philosophy, video production, and photography, it wasn’t until Eli discovered somatics that he realized he had been living his life primarily inside his head, and that there was another, much more rewarding way of being. This work has been revolutionary in his personal and professional life, and he is passionate about sharing it with others.

Today, Eli leads regular men’s groups, workshops, and private sessions for people ready to reconnect with their bodies, untangle long-held patterns, and step into a freer, more fully expressed way of being.

Through nourishing sound vibrations, meditation, and moments of stillness, you’ll be held in a space of surrender—allowing what no longer serves you to gently fall away, like leaves returning to the earth.

This ceremony offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, rest deeply, and embrace the natural cycles of change with grace and trust.
